The Requirement

A client in the manufacturing sector required a technical roadmap to align workforce skills with emerging EU circular economy regulations. They needed to move from basic waste disposal to a verifiable ESG resource model.

The Solution

We delivered a 40-hour technical program providing compliance support across the waste hierarchy. This involved training staff on Muda (waste) identification, Ecodesign for residuals, and data-driven LCA monitoring.
